The project boasts a strategic location in Diriyah, Riyadh, directly overlooking Wadi Hanifa. The design concept is inspired by the valley's topography and terrain, while maintaining the spirit of the region's authentic urban context. The development consists of 28 residential units with an average area of 100 Sqm per unit. It is designed to create an integrated community environment, featuring 30 parking spaces along with shared co-working and recreational areas to meet the residents' needs.
